  • Establishing employee satisfaction, planning development processes
  • Creating statistics and analyses, forwarding them to respective departments
  • Participation in international projects
  • Internal corporate communication
  • Establishing Traning & Quality
  • Relationship management with existing and potential partners
  • Professional, customer-centric consultation
  • Ensuring daily updates of employee management database systems
  • Creating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
